Welcome

You may read this and think, "I don't want to hear all about pregnancy, child birth and life juggling... I hear it every week in some form or another.." and that is fine!

I really hope this Blogg will be something a little bit different to me waffling on about aches, pains, sleepless nights... blah, blah, blah but, to be honest, I think this is just going to be my little place to share my thoughts and if you enjoy it... GREAT!

... and relax...

I have given up my Telly job!  Two weeks early (or 4 days as that sounds better). Feels so good, but the doctor signed me off and said I didn't need stress so it was a no brainer.  I finished last Tuesday.  The relief is immense.

So that is big news, but there is no smaller news really.  I had a Midwife appointment last Thursday and she did my Risk Assessment for the Birthing Centre.  I past - as long as my aneamia doesn't get worse - which I am so chuffed about. I really wanted to have a Water Birth with Ella but I simply didn't have enough time...  but this time around I will do all I can to make sure I get into that water.  Although I am slightly scared that this one will be even quicker (Ella was born in just under 5 hours from start to finish) so I still might not make it but got to give it a try.

I am nesting BIG time now, and really enjoying it.  I now have everything (I think) and I have more or less sorted out Ella's wardrobe so that I can store everything in there.  I am just moving SO slowly that everything takes so much time.

Last weekend I went to my Mum's as Greg had a stag do in Brighton and I didn't really want to spend the weekend on my own at this stage so off Ella and I trotted to Warwickshire and we had a lovely time.  On Saturday we went to the Butterfly Farm in Stratford-Upon-Avon.  It was really lovely, and Ella was in a world of her own!  She really loved it  - and I am SO happy that we took her.

So just to finish off I thought I would leave you with a little picture of Ella with her best friend Daisy and my gorgous God-Daughter Matilda who I wish a HUGE Happy Birthday to this week!  Can't believe she is 1 years old already (and already walking!)
